Kihei Akahi is towards the central/south end of Kihei, directly across
the street from Kamaole II (see photo below). Shops, restaurants
are within walking distance. |
Beach Quality:
Excellent
- Kamaole II is a lovely, golden, sandy swimming beach. Kamaole
III and Keawekapu are just a short way down Kihei Road.

Kihei Akahi is one
of
Kihei's older properties,
but is still a favorite for a reasonable rate, with quick access to a
wonderful
beach. Kamaole II, located directly across the street is a
golden,
sandy beach, great for swimming and sunning. The grounds at Kihei
Akahi feature two swimming pools, tennis court, and BBQ areas.
Building A: 8 units (each
unit
2 bedroom/1.5 bath) - townhouse style - this building sits closest to
the
street
Building B: 10 units - (each
unit 2 bedroom/2 bath) - two story building, sitting towards the middle
of the property
Building C: 6 stories with
20 units per floor, sitting towards the middle of the property
Building D: 7 stories with
16 units per floor, located at the back of the property
The studio,
one and two bedroom units have
fully equipped kitchens, in-suite laundry, telephone, TV, ceiling fans,
and private lanai. Most units have A/C.
