| Property Location: 938 S. Kihei Road, Kihei. Village
by the Sea (Kauhale Makai) is located towards the north end of
Kihei. This offers quick access to Mokulele Highway to cross the
island to the north side. Lahaina will be approximately 30-40
minutes
by car, and Wailea only 10-15 minutes by car. Kihei offers a
variety
of shopping, with several large grocery stores; Foodland, Safeway, and
Times. There are plenty of
restaurants
(including the usual fast food chains), and small shops catering to
tourist
needs. |

Beach Quality:
Beach quality in
front
of Village by the Sea is rated
average, and can
have sea weed or bits of coral. It's shallow, so if you're windsurfing from this property, use
extreme
caution. There are some very shallow spots, particulary at low
tide.
Note: beaches in this area can become windy in the afternoon.
The Kamaole
beaches
of Kihei,
or the beaches of
Wailea are within a 5-15 minute drive. |

to face directly to the ocean. These units have good
oceanviews.

units
- are
square on the front of each building, facing directly to the ocean.
The one and two
bedroom
units have
living
room/dining/kitchen
and one bedroom on the front of the unit, opening with sliding doors to
a patio/lanai. The second bedroom in a two bedroom oceanview unit
is tucked to the back of the unit. Both bedrooms in the two
bedroom
oceanfront units have a view to the ocean.
