| Property Location: 998 S.
Kihei Road, Kihei. Leinaala
is located towards the north end of Kihei. This offers quick
access
to Mokulele Highway to cross the island to the north side.
Lahaina
will be approximately 30-40 minutes by car, and Wailea only 10-15
minutes
by car. Kihei offers a variety of shopping, with several large
grocery
stores; Foodland, Safeway (the largest in Hawaii), and Star
Market.
There are plenty of restaurants (including the usual fast food chains),
and small shops catering to tourist needs. |
Beach Quality:
Beach
quality in front of Leinaala is rated average, and can have sea
weed.
Although many windsurfers launch from Maui Sunset (located next door),
please be extremely cautious, as the reef is very shallow at low
tide.
Note: beaches in this area can become windy in the afternoon.
The Kamaole beaches of Kihei, or the beaches of
Wailea are within a 5-15 minute drive. |

Description
and Amenities: Leinaala has (1) four story
building,
with six units per floor, and is considered a very small condo
property.
All units face directly to the ocean, so there is never a fear of not
having
a great view. There is a large, open lawn leading from the
building
to the ocean. The pool sits between the building and the ocean,
giving
a lovely view when lounging by the pool. Public tennis courts sit
to either side of the building.
Each floor is laid out
with
a two bedroom unit on each end, and one bedroom units between.
Unit Description and Amenities:
All units have living room/dining/kitchen on the front of the unit,
opening
with sliding doors to a patio/lanai. Patio table/chairs is
perfect for outdoor dining. The bedrooms are tucked to the back
of
the units, and have only small windows.
Units are fully equipped with kitchen (fridge,
stove, D/W, microwave), ceiling fans, cable TV, window style A/C, and
telephone.
Laundry is centrally located on the grounds.
