Outstanding! This is a
fabulous, golden sandy beach. As
with
all Wailea properties, there can be a bit of a shore break,
particularly
if Maui is experiencing a south swell. In addition to the beach sitting directly in front of Polo Beach Club, the following beaches are also accessible by foot, or a short drive. |

Description and Amenities: Tucked away in it's own cozy
beach
cove, every unit at Polo Beach has a lovely oceanview. This
property
tends to feel a bit more secluded than Wailea Elua, with fewer people
using
the beach at the front of the property. Beach quality is
excellent,
with a lovely golden sand beach, and some rock outcroppings to the
sides
for snorkeling. (Be sure to visit the tide pool on the rock outcropping
to the left of the property - it's great at low tide). There are
three units across the front of the building (prime oceanfront units),
with three units staggered down each side. The unit at the back
of
each side is considered "oceanview", while the other two are considered
"oceanfront". Because each unit along the sides is set slightly
out
from the unit in front of it, every unit has a great view. Even
the
back units are only steps to the beach. The grounds feature a swimming pool, hot-tub, and BBQ area with gas grills. Unit Description and Amenities: Each unit is two bedrooms/two bathrooms, and approximately 1200 sf of interior space. Each unit has sunken living room, central A/C, full kitchen, laundry, cable TV, telephone, and a large lanai with a great view. NOTE:
In addition to the units available through the rental pool, we also
have
several private owners with upgraded units that are available to our
guests.
Many guests prefer this option, as it will guarantee a specific unit
for
them. BUT remember, these units are not always less expensive -
in many cases the owners want a higher price, to provide the benefit of
a specific unit. These "private owner" units do not offer daily
maid service. |

| Our opinion: In our opinion, this is the only Wailea condo property, truly ON THE BEACH! And a perfect, golden beach at that!! We love this property.
