Kamaole sits directly across the street from
the ocean towards the south (Wailea) end of Kihei.
The
beach
park of Kamaole III is on the ocean side, and is excellent for
swimming,
snorkeling, and general beach play. |
| Beach Quality:
Excellent (see photo of Kamaole III above)!!! Kamaole III has
plenty of trees for shade, a huge grassy
area, and a golden sand beach. There are a few rock outcroppings,
which attract fish for snorkeling. If you're looking for a long
walk,
walk five minutes down Kihei Road, hop onto Keawekapu Beach, and walk
the
beaches all the way through Wailea. |

Property
Description: The vacation rental condo resort of Hale
Kamaole is a casual, family oriented
property. The grounds are nicely landscaped, with all units
facing towards the central, landscaped areas, and parking along the
back of the units (all guests can park close to their unit
location). The units closest to Kihei Road have nice
oceanviews, but these units could also have some road noise. The
large beach park of
Kamaole III is across the street, with plenty of trees for shade, a
huge grassy area, and a golden sand beach. There are a few rock
outcroppings, which attract fish for snorkeling. If you're
looking for a long walk, walk five minutes down Kihei Road, hop onto
Keawekapu Beach, and walk the beaches all the way through Wailea.
The grounds feature two swimming pools, tennis court, and BBQ
(charcoal)
areas.
Unit Description and Amenities:
Two
bedroom units are on the second and third floors. The two
bedroom units on the third floor have one bedroom upstairs (above the
living area - note: this is not a loft style
room, but a
properly enclosed bedroom), and the second
bedroom
set to the back of the unit. Some of these units also have
additional sleeping space in the loft. Most of the one bedroom
units are on
the ground level. All units feature fully equipped kitchens
(fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave), cable TV, telephone, window
style A/C in the bedrooms (can only be used between 8am and 10pm), and
ceiling fans. Most units have
laundry in the unit, but there is also a laundry center on the property.
