Our opinion: This
is one of Wailea's older properties, and some units could use a good
face lift. The grounds are well cared for, and the mature
landscaping is lovely.

Disclosures:
Units in the upper
portion of the
property can take several minutes to walk down to the beach.
Units along the west side of the property are close to the street.
NOTE:
The Renaissance Hotel (next to Ekahi) will be demolished starting in
September 2007 to prepare for the construction of a new hotel.
