offers a fabulous oceanview (note: two bedroom units ending in 01 or
19, are located on the back side of the building and are NOT considered
oceanfront). The sunsets are
breathtaking! Enjoy evenings atop the
rooftop in the rooftop garden!
BBQ facilities are available in the rooftop garden. Shopping and
restaurants are close by (within walking distance).
Royal Mauian is a six story building, with a total of 107 units (12
three bedroom/2 bath units, 84 two bedroom/2 bath units, and 12 one
bedroom/1 bath units.
Easy island living is the theme
for the Royal Mauian's interior design of spacious one, two and three
bedroom apartments. Each unit is
completely equipped with private lanai with patio furniture,
washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven,
ceiling fans, color TV and telephone. Deluxe units feature air
