| Beach Quality: Ulua Beach sits at the front of Wailea Elua. This is a lovely, golden beach, with a rock outcropping to one end. There is good snorkeling next to the rocks. Description: Wailea
Elua covers 18 acres, sloping downhill to Ulua Beach. The condos
closest to the ocean (prime oceanfront units) are set back
approximately
50 yards from the beach (as shown in photo below). The Wailea
walking
path passes along the front of the property between these prime
oceanfront
units and the beach. Be careful when selecting a unit, as the
property
classifies all of the units in the lower half of the property as
oceanfront,
even though many are not close to the ocean. Some of the better
views
are from the units at the top of the property (or those farthest from
the
ocean), as they sit on a little ridge of land. Wailea Elua is a gated condo property, and one of the most upscale vacation condos in Wailea. It offers convenient access to all of the hotels, shops and beaches of Wailea. Wailea Elua has 152 Units in 25 two story buildings. One, two and three bedroom units available with full kitchen, TV, Telephone, Laundry in unit, and central AC in most units. The grounds feature two swimming pools (one with beach pavilion), hot-tub, paddle tennis court, and putting green. Unit

unit is comfortably furnished and has large lanai (patio), A/C, cable

telephone, full kitchen, and laundry. Most units have a gas grill
on the deck. UNITS: In addition to the units available through the rental pool, we also have several private owners with upgraded units that are available to our guests. Many guests prefer this option, as it will guarantee a specific unit for them. |
