Property Location:    My Waii cottage sits oceanfront between Kihei Cove and Kamaole Beach I.
Beaches:     Kamaole I is walking distance from the house.  There is also a small access to the ocean in front of the house.

Property Description and Amenities:  What a gem!  Sitting oceanfront in Kihei, with an emerald expanse of lawn leading to the edge of the water is the My Waii cottage.  Perfect for a couple of small family, you will be walking distance to many of Kihei's amenities, but still feel that you have your private space.  This is a cozy beach house, with a million dollar view!

The Area - Kihei is often referred to as "Sunny Kihei" and for good reason. This is where the good weather is, what you come to Maui for! Kihei is located next to Wailea where the world class hotels are located (Grand Wailea, Four Seasons, Maui Intercontinental, Stouffers, Maui Prince and Kea Lani). There are many restaurants, shops and activities within easy walking distance from the home. There are several world class golf courses nearby.

Our opinion:    What a steal!  It is rare to find a cottage on an oceanfront piece of land, with access to the ocean, and still at a reasonable price!
