Property Description and Amenities:
A private Hawaiian retreat, with all of the comforts of home.
Puamana is located away from the crowds, but walking distance to
downtown Lahaina with its bustling harbor, activities, and its treasure
trove of shops, restaurants and night life. This is a gated 28
acre oceanfront property, with mature landscaping. Wander the
grounds and explore the botanical wonders with hundreds of palm trees,
soaring banyan trees, huge mango trees and lush landscaping.
Part
of a great sugar plantation in the early 1920's, Puamana is a memory of
this opulent era with its classic oceanfront clubhouse. Watch flaming
sunsets, from its oceanfront veranda, stroll among its arches and enjoy
its card room, piano room, koi pond, reading parlor and lending
library. The grounds include an adult pool, two family pools and
tennis.
The
beach at the front of the property is average, and can vary in size
depending on the time of year. During the summer, there are
usually some small waves off shore, great for surfing or boogie
boarding.
Puamana
features one, two or three bedroom units. Each unit is equipped
with full kitchen including microwave, disposal and dishwasher, laundry
in suite, telephone, cable TV, and fans. Most units have
A/C. Each unit is individually owned and decorated, so interiors
will vary between units.

Beach Quality:
The beach at the front of Puamana can fluctuate in size during the
year. Although it is always possible to enter the water (except
on large surf days), the sandy portion of the beach can be very small
at high tide. |
