| Property Location: The
Kuau/Paia location is convenient, being just a couple of minutes
from
either Ho'okipa Beach Park or Paia Town. Mama's Duplexes are oceanfront
properties down a small cul-de-sac in a residential area and right next
door to Mama's Fish House restaraunt. Paia offers a variety of
restaurants,
as well as, several quaint shops and an excellent health food store.

Property
Description: Mama's Duplex units sit oceanfront next
to one of Maui's best restaraunts, Mama’s Fish House. The large
grassy
yard has plenty of palm trees, and ends at a small sandy beach
with
tide pools. This beach is best suited to children playing, and is
not considered a swimming beach.
There are four
duplex units in two
buildings.
The building closest to the restaurant has a full oceanview. The
other building has slightly better privacy, but the view is somewhat
impacted
by the property on the other side of it. Each unit has front
patio
or lanai, full kitchen, one full bath, cable TV/VCR, CD stereo,
telephone
and shared laundry.
To the back side of the cul-de-sac is a one bedroom
gardenview apartment. This unit has air-conditioning,gas grill
on the private
patio, queen bed, sofa bed in living room, and fully equipped
modern
kitchen with all serviceware. TV, VCR, stereo sound with CD player.
