How
to Plan Your Maui Vacation
Gone are the days of molding your vacation plans to
a fixed package. You can create your own vacation experience by
making choices for accommodation, flights, vehicles, windsurfing equipment,
lessons, and activities. Each item will be priced independently
to allow you to select only those things that you need.
Unsure which accommodation is appropriate for you? Give us a call,
and we can discuss the advantages / disadvantages of different properties

What to Bring
Maui
has a casual ambiance. There's no need to bring dressy clothes
or jewelry. Pack lightly, being sure to include T-shirts, shorts,
a sweatshirt (the evenings can be cool), sandals, swim wear, hat, and
plenty of sunscreen. With the exception of the main dining rooms
in the major hotels, all other restaurants will allow shorts/T-shirts
for evening dinner.
Water
Temperature
Water
temperature doesn't fluctuate much year round, usually being 76 to 79F.
Distances
Nothing
is very far! With the exception of Hana, everything is within 15-60
minutes, with Haiku to Kapalua being the greatest distance (approx.
one hour).
Security
Be
sensible! By taking a few simple precautions, you can make your
vacation a safe and memorable one. Lock your accommodation when
you're leaving for the day or before bed at night. Keep your wallet
in a secure spot, and be sensible about the amount of cash you have
with you at any one time. DO NOT leave valuables in your car.
Exercise Caution!
It's
fun to play in the ocean, but the ocean is powerful and can be dangerous.
Never turn your back on the ocean, and always exercise caution!
Be certain to observe all posted beach warning signs.
