Cleaning - our housekeepers will prepare the house for your arrival, and clean again after your departure.  Cleaning is available during your visit at your expense. Check-in time - 3:00pm or later Check-out time - 10:00am or earlier Minimum stay - 7 nights  (14 nights over most Holidays) Rental Agreement - a rental agreement is required at the time of booking.  A valid credit card will also be required. Maximum Occupancy - Pinnacle limits occupancy to four guests (including children/infants). We want to be certain that everyone is comfortable and has proper bedding.
