sits oceanfront.
This gated villa has over 10,000 square feet under roof,
including
parking for 4 vehicles, and 5,000 sq. ft. of wrap-around decks.
There is an oceanfront, kidney-shaped dipping pool (approx. 15’ X 25’)
and a 6 – 8 person hot tub. Furnishings are of a Balinese,
tropical style; 4 bedrooms are oceanfront and 4 bedrooms have air
conditioning
units; slate stone floors on lower main level in all rooms, Berber
carpets
on upper level in all rooms, dark stone bathrooms feature granite
counters;
the kitchen has top quality, stainless appliances including Viking
restaurant-grade
gas stoves, double pane windows, heavy insulation for sound
proofing.
Mature coconut trees are border the property, and lush landscaping
is
throughout. Positioned at an elevation a few feet
above
the ocean, the villa offers terrific ocean and sunset views toward the
islands of Molokai and Lanai. The area directly in front of the
villa has some sandy beach but is primarily a shallow lagoon with tide
pools
(great for children). There is a small sandy beach cove just two
doors away and it is a short drive to great beaches at Napili or
Kaanapali.
Within a 5 – 10 minute drive guests also have extensive options for
other
sandy beaches, all forms of ocean recreation, golf, tennis, water
sports,
shopping and restaurants. Some shops and restaurants, including Roy’s
and
Nicolina are walking distance. | Our opinion: An outstanding choice for a large, oceanfront home with lots of space and fabulous views! Just completed in 2000, these villas are modern and tasteful.
