The Charley Young Beach House is one story, approximately 2000 sf, spread in front of a lovely grassy lawn which leads down to the ocean.

The kitchen opens to the dining area and offers granite counters and built-in appliances. There is a built-in nook with answering machine, and 4-in-1 fax/copier/scanner/printer (just in case you need to get some work done!)
