The Charley Young Beach House is one of only a very few
vacation homes in the Kihei, Wailea or Makena areas of Maui that fronts
to a lovely, sandy swimming beach.
This 1775 sf home is the perfect Maui vacation villa rental for beach

Will you enjoy the beach? It would be difficult not
to! Charley Young and Kamaole I beaches are fabulous for walking,
running, swimming, whale watching (winter only), or playing in the sand.

The Charley Young Beach House is one story, approximately
2000 sf, spread in front of a lovely grassy lawn which leads down to
the ocean.

| The stepping stone walkway leads to a hot-tub. After a
long day at the beach, or windsurfing or surfing, soak in the hot-tub
under the stars! A great way to end the day! |

The patio at the Charley Young Beach House has plenty of
outdoor dining and lounging furniture.

With cool white walls and wood floors, the living room is
comfortably furnished, and faces out to a fabulous view of the ocean
and beach.

The dining table comfortably seats eight. Surrounded
by sliding glass doors, this area opens to the patios for outdoor
dining, or to the side for the gas BBQ.

The kitchen opens to the dining area and offers granite
counters and built-in appliances.
There is a built-in nook with answering machine, and 4-in-1
fax/copier/scanner/printer (just in case you need to get some work
done!)
