Location: The Beachcomber Cottage sits oceanfront, BEACHFRONT,
behind the bustling shops of Paia Town, and is walking distance to
shops, restaurants and health food store (downtown Paia). |
Beaches:
The Beachcomber is ON Paia Bay. The golden sand
starts at the end of the lawn.
The swimming, snorkeling beaches of Kihei, Wailea and Makena are 30-45
minutes by car. |

Property Description:
This plantation style home, sits directly
on the golden sand of Paia Bay. What a treat.... step off the end of
the lawn, and down to the sand.
The Beachcomber cottage is
located in the heart of Paia town, and is walking distance to the
quaint shops and restaurants. This is a unique, little gem, offering
the charm of a "beach house", with a sandy beach at the doorstep, and a
fresh interior. A gate protects your privacy, and eliminates people
passing through the property to access the beach. There is parking at
the back of the cottage. The cottage is set back from the ocean, with a
lovely lawn leading to the edge of the beach. The property is fenced
down both sides, with landscaping that includes a variety of tropical
plants and trees. There is a large deck on the ocean side of the
cottage with outdoor furniture and BBQ. An outdoor shower is perfect
when you return from the beach covered in sand.
The interior offers two bedrooms
(queen, king), living room, one full bathroom (tub/shower combo), and a
large kitchen (fridge, stove, D/W, microwave).
Other amenities include: A/C in
the bedrooms, laundry, telephone / FAX, barbecue, cable, 42" flat panel
TV/DVD, CD stereo, large grassy lawn. A second bathroom (toilet, sink
and outdoor shower) is located off of the deck.
